Pork Fennel and Black Pepper Sausage
We blend our minced Tamworth pork with black pepper, fennel seeds, sea salt and gluten free buckwheat flour, then fill our natural sausage skins and hand tie.
We love the bold flavours adding new dimensions to the succulent pork. Great for breakfast of course, but also for casseroles.
Pan fry or grill until the juices run clear when pricked with a fork.
Our sausages come in packs of 6 but as they are hand-tied there may be a small variation in sizes in each pack.
