Pork from our partnered regenerative farms – free roaming, slow grown, woodland and pasture raised.  Taken from the ankle and calf region of the pig, our knuckles are incredibly meaty, full of flavour and excellent value for money. Leaving the skin on helps to keep them tender while cooking.

Perfect to roast with fantastic crackling.
