Shipping & Returns - Wild Range Meat

Where we deliver

We deliver to anywhere in mainland UK, excluding Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Ireland.

We have a minimum order of £50 which will help maintain the temperature for delivery, as all our meat is delivered frozen.

How it works

We deliver nationwide Tuesday – Friday.

Orders placed after 06:00 Thursday – Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from wildrange@knepp.co.uk. Some providers may place these emails in your spam box.

On the day your order is dispatched you will receive a text or an email from DPD giving you your live tracking code and an estimated time of delivery. Please ensure you add a mobile number and email address to make full use of the notification service.

Our courier partner

We use DPD as our courier partner, please download the DPD app either from the Apple Store https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/dpd/id1064977107 or from Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dpd.yourdpd.

DPD offer a ‘predict’ delivery service whereby they inform customers of a one-hour delivery window notified by SMS and/or email – so you don’t have to wait in all day.

Additionally, if you download the DPD app you can watch the progress of your delivery driver on a real-time map.

If your plans change and you’re not able to sign for your order, DPD offer a range of ‘in flight’ options such as: deliver to neighbour or have the parcel delivered to a safe place.

Please note while we endeavour to get your order to you in the stated time frame, Knepp Wild Range cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver at the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Mainland UK delivery rates

• DPD delivery £7.50, all orders dispatched Monday – Thursday only (Inclusive of VAT)

• All orders over £150 qualify for free delivery

• For larger cuts of meat please contact us directly by emailing your needs to wildrange@knepp.co.uk
