Digital Content & Communications Executive
This role is about telling the story of Knepp and rewilding in a way that amplifies our message, and builds connection, understanding and momentum.
The Digital Content & Communications Executive will shape and share narratives across our digital channels that deepen awareness of Knepp and rewilding, and grow a community around Knepp’s mission. Working closely with the Creative Director & Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering content that captures attention and builds authentic, emotional connection – not just filling channels.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, content and culture – ensuring that everything we share feels thoughtful, coherent and true to Knepp.

Knepp Wilding Kitchen – Barista & Bartender
We’re looking for capable, reliable and energetic Barista & Bartenders to join our busy hospitality operation at Knepp Wilding Kitchen. Working across our main bar and outdoor coffee Airstream, you’ll be serving everything from speciality coffees to cocktails, wines and soft drinks in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Knepp Wilding Kitchen – Experienced Waitress / Waiter
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate team member with a passion for great service, produce and sustainability to join our growing team. Seasonal Breakfast Chef
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Breakfast Chef to join Knepp Wilding Kitchen from April through September. You’ll take ownership of our breakfast service, working with outstanding produce from our rewilding estate, on-site butchery and three-acre market garden. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys high standards and cooking with exceptional, seasonal ingredients.

Junior Sous
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Knepp Wilding Kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food using outstanding produce from our rewilding estate, on-site butchery and three-acre market garden. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing chef to step into a leadership position within a purpose-led, ingredient-driven kitchen focused on sustainability, seasonality and quality.
