Knepp Campsite – Seasonal Campsite Wardens

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working Seasonal Campsite Wardens to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 season.

Our warden role is a seasonal position for two people applying together, who are happy to share accommodation and jointly fulfil the duties of the warden couple.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the heart of the renowned Knepp Rewilding Project, one of the largest and most pioneering rewilding initiatives in lowland Europe. You’ll become part of our award-winning hospitality team, helping to maintain our 5-star campsite while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

Knepp Estate – Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a proactive, professional, and detail orientated Office Assistant to help with the organisation of the Knepp Estate Office. The Knepp Estate is a pioneer in rewilding, eco-tourism and regenerative agriculture and our ideal candidate will have an interest in nature restoration and sustainable business.

To excel in this role you will need to be able to express yourself confidently, clearly, and concisely in verbal and written correspondence and you will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.

Knepp Wilding Kitchen – Barista & Bartender

We’re looking for capable, reliable and energetic Barista & Bartenders to join our busy hospitality operation at Knepp Wilding Kitchen. Working across our main bar and outdoor coffee Airstream, you’ll be serving everything from speciality coffees to cocktails, wines and soft drinks in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
