Assistant General Manager

Head Chef – Relocation & Accommodation Possible

An exceptional opportunity to join this beautiful restaurant & café nestled amongst a pioneering rewilding project in West Sussex. This eco-centric restaurant is in a refurbished barn carefully designed with nature in mind. The fruit and veg served in the restaurant is from the on-site Market Garden and the organic meat is from the land’s wild roaming animals.

Permanent, full time – 40 – 45 hour week across 5 days from 8am – 5pm

Assistant Grower at Knepp Market Garden

The role will be from mid-April through to mid-October 2025, working 4.5 days per week. Our 12+ Policy

Knepp Wildland Safaris, our gardens and campsite are all about the quiet and patient observation of nature.

Some of the species we are likely to encounter are shy or can be frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Our campsite with open-air fire-pits, wood-burning stoves and an on-site pond is unsuitable for small children.

For this reason, our safaris, garden visits, holiday cottages and campsite are suitable only for children of 12 and over.
