On a Team Away Day at Knepp, your group will enter a landscape heaving with life in one of Britain’s most daring rewilding projects. Offering an experience as far away from the office as you can get, this is an invitation to learn about natural processes, think holistically and build team spirit through the inspiring, hopeful lessons of trusting in nature.

Reviving corporate teams through nature
Our Team Away Days offer corporate groups the chance to rewild yourself and embrace a different way of thinking. Based at Knepp in West Sussex, an Away Day introduces your team to the principles of rewilding, of letting go, through an immersive experience of the Wildland.
Following a brief welcome and presentation on the unique approach that has brought life back to Knepp, you’ll head out on a guided walking safari in search of free-roaming longhorn cattle, Exmoor ponies, Tamworth pigs, red and fallow deer, and evidence of beaver activity. These animals are the drivers of our rebounding ecosystem, helping shape habitats and create new opportunities for wildlife. Released from intensive agriculture, this depleted, polluted, unproductive piece of land has sprung back to life in just 20 years, providing a haven for some of our rarest birds and other endangered creatures.Â
Back at The Gathering, our old grain store, we serve a seasonal, organic grazing platter lunch from Knepp Wilding Kitchen. The rest of the afternoon is free for your team to gather together, reflect on the experience and enjoy the Wildland at leisure. We also offer the opportunity to spend the afternoon volunteering with some hands-on physical activities as an optional extra.
Throughout the day, you’ll connect with nature in a way that is scarcely possible in other parts of the UK. You’ll leave with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and practical inspiration for applying the principles of natural regeneration, resilience and rewilding to your own organisation.

A Beautiful, Rural Location
Knepp is located in West Sussex, within easy reach of London, Brighton and Gatwick, making it a practical setting for corporate Team Away Days with a genuine sense of escape.
Our nearest train station is Horsham, around 55 minutes from London Victoria, followed by a 15-minute taxi ride. Gatwick Airport is approximately 30 minutes from Knepp Estate.
Our car park is located a short walk from the venue. Electric charging points are available.
