Our newly renovated barn venue brings the festive spirit to life with its rustic charm, tastefully decorated to celebrate the season while showcasing the natural beauty of Knepp. Set amid the untamed landscape of our rewilding project, gather with friends, family or colleagues and enjoy our intimate, cosy interior, exposed wooden beams, and refined décor.
You can book out the Wilding Kitchen’s private dining room for intimate feasts, or the adjacent Gathering Barn for drinks and canapes, workshops or conferences, or enquire about reserving our entire restaurant or café for large celebrations.
Our private dining room
Our private dining room, in our beautifully restored barn, offers a unique, intimate Christmas party venue for a sit down meal of up to 18 guests. With walls of woven hazel and decorated stylishly with artwork inspired by the rewilding project at Knepp, the private dining room offers a characterful space for hosting.
The Gathering
Whether you’re planning a team away day, a workshop, corporate holiday event, or a classy Christmas soiree, the Gathering offers the perfect customisable space. With a small kitchen area with tea and coffee making facilities, tap water, WiFi and audiovisual equipment, the space can be transformed to suit any occasion. The space can be hired for groups of 20 for a sit-down meal or 40 for a conference.

Planning a something big this year? Our entire café and/or restaurant space in an award-winning barn conversion can be hired out for large parties and events. With original exposed oak beams clad in reclaimed timber materials, our barn offers a rustic and elegant space for large gatherings.
