Our 80-day dry-aged boneless ribeye steaks are a celebration of depth and character. Slowly matured on the bone for exceptional tenderness, they deliver a rich, nutty flavour with intense marbling.
For best results, bring to room temperature before cooking, season generously, and sear over high heat for a caramelised crust. Finish in a moderate oven or on the cooler side of the grill until your preferred doneness, then rest for 5–10 minutes to lock in the juices.
