The classic spicy Spanish sausage is produced all over the world with regional variations, classically they are made using pork and smoked paprika as the main two ingredients.
This is our twist on the classic, we have taken select venison cuts of meat and combined it with a little pork, paprika, chilli, garlic, oregano and a little salt. Our combination of herbs and spices has created a spicy and flavoursome sausage which is gluten-free and will add depth to any dish.
This sausage must be cooked before eating, 6 raw sausages per pack.
