Fallow Venison Cumberland Sausages
Our fallow venison Cumberland sausages are a twist on the traditional pork Cumberland sausage. With a variety of herbs and spices and a dominant flavour from black and white pepper, the sausage is the perfect ingredient for dishes such as toad-in-the-hole or sausage casserole.
We add a small amount of pork and gluten-free oats for added succulence when cooking.
