Thought by many to be the king of the beef steaks, the fillet is lean, butter-soft and so tender.

Simply heat your preferred pan until searing hot, add a little oil or beef dripping to your steak, and season well. Cook for a couple of minutes a side and rest well for a show-stopping, juicy, rare steak.
