Our handmade beef sausages are made using our own coarsely minced organically reared, pasture-fed beef, combined with the right amount of fat, organic thyme, sea salt, black pepper and a little gluten free buckwheat flour.
Best pan fried or grilled on the BBQ until cooked through, no need to prick the sausages as we use natural casings which allow the sausages to breathe.
Sold in packs of 6 sausages, sizes of individual sausages will vary as they are all handmade.
