This delicious steak has most of the characteristics of a ribeye steak, but is taken from further up the shoulder towards the neck. Deep beef flavours with a slightly firmer mouth feel, with the perfect amount of fat to meat ratio.
Sear for a couple of minutes each side and rest well, serve with a chimichurri sauce for a delicious meal.
