Our back bacon is made from pork from our partnered regenerative farms – free roaming, slow grown, woodland and pasture raised pork. Unsmoked and dry cured using only sea salt and brown sugar.
Pan fry or grill to your liking, the perfect accompaniment to any meal but especially good for breakfast.
