We have taken a very limited amount of our prime ribeye to the next level, dry-aged and left on the bone.
This is one of our finest steaks. The dry-ageing process has allowed the rich buttery flavour to develop even further, with rich nutty undertones, fantastic marbling and a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Thick cut, ideal as an indulgent treat for at least 2 people.
