Join us for a truly special evening at Knepp Wilding Kitchen as acclaimed guest chef Ivan Tisdall-Downes brings his pioneering approach to wild and sustainable cooking for a one-night-only collaboration.
Ivan will create a seasonally inspired 4-course menu using produce from the Knepp Estate and other like-minded producers, celebrating the richness of the land and the principles of rewilding. Expect bold, thoughtful cooking rooted in sustainability and a deep respect for nature.
Your evening begins with a glass of bubbles on arrival, followed by four beautifully crafted courses. An optional wine pairing (£40) will be available, featuring organic and minimal intervention wines carefully selected to complement each dish.
About Ivan Tisdall-Downes
Ivan is the co-founder of the acclaimed Native Restaurant, awarded a Michelin Green Star in 2025 for its pioneering approach to sustainable dining. A self-taught chef with a passion for wild food, Ivan honed his ethos at River Cottage and the legendary Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York — both leaders in ethical and regenerative food practices.
His time on BBC’s Great British Menu in 2020 saw him championing wild food and the forgotten flavours of his childhood, earning him national acclaim and cementing his place as one of Britain’s most exciting chefs.
