Our Introduction to Knepp meat box is an ideal way to receive some of our family favourites in one convenient box.
This box contains the following:
1 x beef silverside (minimum weight 900g)
1 x fallow venison mince (minimum weight 450g)
1 x beef bacon (minimum weight 200g)
Ingredients – Organically reared, pasture-fed beef, sodium nitrite, organic rapadura (unrefined cane sugar), organic thyme.
Allergen information – contains sodium nitrite
2 x beef burgers (2 x 6oz burgers per pack)
2 x beef rump pave steaks (approx. 200g each)
1 x hand diced beef (minimum weight 450g)
1 x fallow chorizo sausages (6 sausages, approximately 400g per pack)
This sausage must be cooked before eating.
