Indulge with our Taste of Knepp meat box, featuring a delicious selection of roasting joints and family favourites. There are two sized boxes; small (suitable for 2 people) and large (suitable for 4 people).
The SMALL box typically includes:
1 x beef roasting joint (silverside, top rump, salmon eye or topside), e. 900g
1 x mince meat (beef or venison), e. 400g
1 × 100% pure fallow venison burgers (2 per pack)
1 x fallow Cumberland sausages (6 sausages per pack), e. 400g
Ingredients: Fallow Venison, Pork, Gluten Free Oats, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Sage, Thyme, Mace, Nutmeg.
2 x beef 80 day dry-aged sirloin steaks, e. 250g each
2 x fallow haunch steaks, e. 200g each
