The Knepp Charcuterie Hamper

A taste of the wild land. Created for the foodie in your life, this luxurious hamper celebrates the extraordinary flavours that emerge from a landscape where nature comes first. 

At the heart of the collection are six handcrafted charcuterie favourites, made from regeneratively reared pork and Wild Range beef from the Knepp rewilding project. Slow-grown, traditionally cured and full of character, each slice reflects the quality of meat produced from animals that have lived as naturally as possible, shaping the landscape as they roam.  

Paired with organic handmade flatbreads, our own chutney made with produce from our organic market garden, and a bottle of Sussex sparkling wine from our neighbours at Wiston Estate – another champion of regenerative land stewardship and part of our Weald to Waves nature recovery corridor – this hamper has everything needed to create an exceptional sharing platter. The bright citrus notes and fine bubbles of Wiston’s sparkling wine cut beautifully through the richness of the charcuterie, making it a classic pairing for long lunches, festive gatherings and celebratory evenings.

  Spiced Loin: Ingredients: Pork, paprika, salt, pepper, dextrose, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
  Juniper Coppa: Ingredients: Pork, crushed juniper berries, garlic, sea salt, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
  Fennel Salami: Ingredients: Beef, pork, white pepper, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, coriander, mace, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, starter culture. 
  Longhorn Bresaola: Ingredients: Beef, bay, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, dextrose, red wine (contains Sulphites), sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
