Tamworth Raw Pork Pancetta
Our Tamworth pork belly has been cured with our own blend of aromatics and is a great addition to any dish, equally fantastic cooked and eaten like bacon. We take time age our pancetta a little longer which gives a much richer depth of flavour than traditional bacon products.
This product must be cooked before being eaten.
Ingredients: Tamworth Pork, coarse sea salt, fine sea salt, coarse ground black pepper, garlic, white wine (contains Sulphites, Egg, Milk), dextrose, nitrite, nitrate.
