Campsite Shop & Reception

After designing kitchens for many years in London and Brighton, Jo decided she needed a lifestyle change and fell in love with Knepp after accidentally discovering it a few years ago. She started working part time in the Wilding Kitchen when it first opened in 2023 and can still be seen there a couple of times a week. She also helps out on occasion in the Wilding shop. As if thats not enough she is now going to be helping out at the campsite shop too.

I just love Knepp. This place is special and I love talking to our lovely guests and inspiring them to try all we have on offer here . It really is the most magical place.

Our 12+ Policy

Knepp Wildland Safaris, our gardens and campsite are all about the quiet and patient observation of nature.

Some of the species we are likely to encounter are shy or can be frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Our campsite with open-air fire-pits, wood-burning stoves and an on-site pond is unsuitable for small children.

For this reason, our safaris, garden visits, holiday cottages and campsite are suitable only for children of 12 and over.
