Our Christmas menu evokes the wild essence of Knepp with dishes like our dry-aged sirloin steak from the rewilding project, beef shin & red wine stew, and a delicious vegetarian risotto that celebrates the best of our Market Garden.
Our ingredients are sustainably gathered from our own estate and from like-minded organic producers.
