Set in the the heart of Knepp’s pioneering rewilding project, our restaurant brings the wild landscape to your plate. We celebrate the best of seasonal British ingredients, from Wild Range meat grown on Knepp, organic produce from our on-site regenerative Market Garden and sustainable fish caught by day-boat on the Sussex coast.

We’re serving a special Winter Menu every day until April 14th, offering everything from gourmet sandwiches to classical dishes.
For a more indulgent experience, our set menu showcases the very best of our menu.
Sunday Roasts served family-style on feasting boards. Choose from options like dry-aged old English longhorn beef or rolled porchetta with sage and crackling, all served with classic sides: Yorkshire puddings, crispy roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, and seasonal vegetables.

Knepp Wildland Safaris, our gardens and campsite are all about the quiet and patient observation of nature.
Some of the species we are likely to encounter are shy or can be frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Our campsite with open-air fire-pits, wood-burning stoves and an on-site pond is unsuitable for small children.
For this reason, our safaris, garden visits, holiday cottages and campsite are suitable only for children of 12 and over.
