We celebrate the best of seasonal British ingredients, from Wild Range meat grown on Knepp, organic produce from our on-site regenerative Market Garden and sustainable fish caught by day-boat on the Sussex coast.

Winter at the Wilding Kitchen
We’re serving a special Winter Menu every day until April 14th, offering everything from gourmet sandwiches to classical dishes.

Sunday Roasts
Sunday Roasts served family-style on feasting boards. Choose from options like dry-aged old English longhorn beef or rolled porchetta with sage and crackling, all served with classic sides: Yorkshire puddings, crispy roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, and seasonal vegetables.
