Our Tamworth pigs live outdoors year round, foraging, rooting and expressing their natural instincts, which plays a vital role in the rewilding ecology of the project. This varied, natural diet and slower growth give the meat a deep colour, generous marbling and a rich, distinctive flavour that reflects the land itself.

Our partner pork comes from a trusted farm in Devon that shares our incredibly high sustainability and welfare values. Reared outdoors in stable family groups, the sows are left to farrow naturally in field nests and piglets roam free from an early age.
