Fallow Venison Cumberland Sausages
Our fallow venison Cumberland sausages are a twist on the traditional pork Cumberland sausage. With a variety of herbs and spices and a dominant flavour coming from black and white pepper, this enables the sausage to be a robust enough as an ingredient in dishes such as toad in the hole or a sausage casserole. We add a small amount of pork and gluten free oats for added succulence when cooking.
