Indulge with our Taste of Knepp meat box, featuring a delicious selection of roasting joints and family favourites. There are two sized boxes; small (suitable for 2 people) and large (suitable for 4 people).

The SMALL box typically includes:

1 x beef roasting joint (silverside, top rump, salmon eye or topside), minimum weight 900g

1 x mince meat (beef or venison), minimum weight 450g

1 × 100% pure beef burgers (2 per pack)

2 x beef rump steaks, minimum weight 200g each

2 x beef bavette steaks, minimum weight 175g each

2 x fallow striploin steaks, minimum weight 160g

4 x beef steaks (rump steak or rump pave steak), minimum weight 165g each

4 x beef steak (flat iron, bavette, denver or under blade steak), minimum weight 170g each

4 x venison haunch steaks, minimum weight 110g each

2 x fallow sausages (6 per pack) minimum weight 400g per pack. Ingredients: Fallow Venison (84%), Pork (9%), Buckwheat Flour (Gluten Free), Sea Salt, Sage, Thyme, Parsley, Black Pepper, Juniper.
