Indulge with our Taste of Knepp meat box, featuring a delicious selection of roasting joints and family favourites. There are two sized boxes; small (suitable for 2 people) and large (suitable for 4 people).
The SMALL box typically includes:
1 x beef roasting joint (silverside, top rump, salmon eye or topside), minimum weight 900g
1 x mince meat (beef or venison), minimum weight 400g
1 × chuck & short rib burgers (2 per pack)
2 x beef bavette steaks (minimum weight 175g each)
2 x beef 80 day dry-aged sirloin steaks, minimum weight 250g each
