Dry-Aged Beef Chuck and Short Rib Burger
These dry-aged burgers are produced using our organically reared, pasture-fed Old English Longhorn beef. We specially select and blend 70% chuck steak with 30% short rib, with the perfect amount of meat to fat ratio creating a burger that will be sure to bring a smile to the whole table come rain or shine.
On service simply season with a pinch of sea salt and a little freshly cracked pepper.
Each pack contains 2 x burgers 6oz (170g).
