A special one-night celebration feast at Knepp Wilding Kitchen

We began rewilding at Knepp with a simple but radical belief: if you step back and let nature lead, extraordinary things can happen. We’ve been overwhelmed by the life that has poured back into this landscape over the last 25 years, and, in response, by the communities that have gathered to celebrate this return.
We created our restaurant, Knepp Wilding Kitchen, to act as a hub for this community, where we can demonstrate a wilder way of working with the land to produce delicious food in a way that benefits both people and planet.
It is for this reason that we are thrilled to share that Knepp Wilding Kitchen has been awarded a MICHELIN Green Star, a recognition not only of exceptional food, but of an unwavering commitment to the planet and the people on it.
To celebrate this milestone, we’d like to invite you to join us for a special event with a menu full of favourites from the last year, as well as some new dishes we’ve been working on – all, of course, using only the best and most sustainable produce you can find.
The Celebration

• A menu showcasing Knepp’s seasonal produce – Tamworth pork and Longhorn beef
• Seasonal cocktails
• A relaxed, joyful evening deeply rooted in the land we care for
Although we’re marking the occasion with a special menu, the evening will run as a normal à la carte service, with dishes priced individually and no pre-payment required.
