Gardens That Can Save The World – Lottie Delamain
Gardens That Can Save The World
Author talk and supper with Lottie Delamain
6pm Thursday 23 April 2026
Gardens and green spaces are at the vanguard of positive change. They provide solutions to some of our most pressing problems, from loneliness and illness to flooding and drought, climate change and wildlife loss. Around the world, green-fingered thinkers are harnessing the power of plants to find ways that quietly reverse these ills.
Join Lottie Delamain to discuss her new book Gardens That Can Save The World and discover how to transform your garden or local green space into a tool for positive change.
Lottie is an RHS Chelsea award-winning designer who has worked on gardens around the UK, from small urban spaces to historic estates. She’s a regular contributor to House & Garden magazine, and trustee of We Are Grow, a charity working with schools and communities for sustainable food growing and outdoor learning.
Lottie will be hosted by Isabella Tree. Isabella was delighted to write the foreword for Lottie’s beautiful and inspiring new book that is both a window onto a world of pioneers and a practical guide for all gardeners.
Join Lottie and Isabella over a glass of sparkling wine for a sparkling talk and conversation, with plenty of time for Q&A, followed by book-signing and a delicious dinner in our MICHELIN Guide listed Wilding Kitchen.
