Alice is an ecologist and naturalist with over 20 years experience working in nature conservation for a variety of organisations including Buglife, Sussex Wildlife Trust and RSPB. Her work has included nature reserve management, pollinator conservation and land management advice. She is passionate about biological recording and loves all invertebrates, especially hoverflies.
“I love to show visitors the wonderful wildlife that can be found at Knepp – you never know what you might see. But spring is my favourite time when the blackthorn is in flower attracting insects, and the nightingales and cuckoos have just returned.”
