Home / Pig out at Knepp!
A snout-to-tail extravaganza
We’re excited to welcome you to a gastronomic adventure at the Knepp Wilding Kitchen on Saturday 10 February where we’ll be showcasing our chefs’ culinary craftsmanship with dishes created from a whole Knepp Tamworth pig.
From succulent roasts to hearty stews, every dish will celebrate the life of the Tamworth pig and its role in restoring the soil and habitat for wildlife in the rewilding project. Nothing of the animal goes to waste.
This will be a unique dining experience where the pig takes centre stage, offering a delicious and conscious celebration of regenerative food.
Please be aware that when our pork goes on sale online it sells out within the day – so do be swift in booking!
The Knepp Wilding Kitchen was recently featured in the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s UK guide which was particularly impressed by our holistic approach to eating meat.

Knepp Wildland Safaris and campsite are all about the quiet and patient observation of nature.
Some of the species we are likely to encounter are shy or can be frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Our campsite with open-air fire-pits, wood-burning stoves and an on-site pond is unsuitable for small children.
For this reason, our safaris, holiday cottages and campsite are suitable only for children of 12 and over.
