Marketing Manager

We are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and deliver marketing across our hospitality, food and visitor businesses as they continue to grow.

Working closely with teams across the estate, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing activity that drives bookings, sales and long-term audience growth across Knepp’s trading businesses.

This is a strategic, hands-on role. You will own the marketing plan and budgets, set priorities, manage partners, and ensure activity is focused where it has the greatest commercial and brand impact.

Knepp Market Garden – Assistant Grower

We’re looking for an assistant grower to join our small, friendly team for the 2026 season. You’ll work on all aspects of vegetable production from propagation through to harvest and packing, including transplanting, weeding, irrigation and more. This will be a varied position with lots of opportunities to learn on the job.

Knepp Wilding Shop – Shop Manager

We are looking for an engaging and passionate Shop Manager to join our team and help take the shop in exciting new directions, including possibly an online presence. If you’re excited by sustainability, community and beautiful products, this role is for you.

Our shop is the entranceway to Knepp and an exciting landscape in itself, with over 1000 product lines that showcases the very best of planet-positive produce and gifts. With sustainability at its core, the shop offers beautiful lifestyle products and gifts that inspire a wilder way of living. We also stock our own regenerative meat, grown in the rewilding project, as well as fresh produce from our onsite organic market garden.

Knepp Wilding Shop – Shop Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and well-rounded retail assistant with a passion for sustainability and delivering exceptional customer service to join our team.

You will be the face of our vibrant retail space, at the entrance to the Knepp Rewilding Project and Wilding Kitchen. You will be manning our tills and service points, answering questions about the wider project – ensuring every visitor to Knepp has a memorable experience. You will be confident in handling fresh and ambient food stock as well as lifestyle products from over 120 suppliers, keeping shelves well stocked and displays seasonal and inviting.

If you thrive in fast, paced, busy environment whilst keeping attention to detail and love engaging with customers about nature and all things rewilding, we’d love to hear from you.

Knepp Castle Gardens Team – Deputy Head Gardener

An exceptional opportunity to support Knepp’s Head Gardener Charlie Harpur as Deputy of one of the UKs foremost horticultural and ecological endeavours. This role carries significant responsibility to support the Head Gardener who will be leaning heavily on you to support gardens maintenance, management and ongoing development.

Knepp Castle Gardens Team – Kitchen Gardener

We are seeking a highly organised person who can plan, grow and harvest quality produce for the house following regenerative principles: growing fruit and vegetables whilst building healthy soil and supporting biodiversity.

The successful applicant will balance clear planning with hands-on vegetable and fruit production. They will also be able to effectively communicate the process – to both the owners and visitors – and quickly adapt to problems that might arise.

Seasonal Breakfast Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Breakfast Chef to join Knepp Wilding Kitchen from April through September. You’ll take ownership of our breakfast service, working with outstanding produce from our rewilding estate, on-site butchery and three-acre market garden. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys high standards and cooking with exceptional, seasonal ingredients.

Junior Sous

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Knepp Wilding Kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food using outstanding produce from our rewilding estate, on-site butchery and three-acre market garden. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Pastry / Prep Chef to join Knepp Wilding Kitchen on a permanent basis. This role supports both pastry production and general kitchen preparation, working with outstanding produce from our rewilding estate, on-site butchery and three-acre market garden. It’s an ideal position for a chef who enjoys precision, organisation and working with exceptional, ingredient-led food.

Our 12+ Policy

Knepp Wildland Safaris, our gardens and campsite are all about the quiet and patient observation of nature.

Some of the species we are likely to encounter are shy or can be frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Our campsite with open-air fire-pits, wood-burning stoves and an on-site pond is unsuitable for small children.

For this reason, our safaris, garden visits, holiday cottages and campsite are suitable only for children of 12 and over.
