General Manager — Knepp Wilding Kitchen & Shop
We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Operations Manager with a passion for exceptional service, high-quality produce, and regenerative, sustainable practices to join the Knepp Wilding Kitchen & Shop team.
In this role, you will oversee the smooth, efficient running of our restaurant, courtyard café, and retail shop—spaces that celebrate nature, wilding, and food with purpose. You’ll support and lead our front- and back-of-house teams, ensure outstanding guest experiences, champion sustainable systems, and help drive the continued growth of our unique hospitality and retail offering.

Head Grower
We’re looking for an experienced grower to help lead on all aspects of the site operations. Our site is on heavy clay soil, which brings its own set of challenges, so familiarity with this soil type and a progressive approach to soil management is highly desirable.

Knepp Wildland & Garden Safaris Manager 2026
Knepp is seeking an energetic, creative and highly organised person to lead our Wildland Safari and Walled Garden visitor programme.
You’ll manage 500+ safaris and events, support our guide team, shape visitor experience, develop new offerings, oversee operations, track performance and collaborate closely with the Knepp ecology, visitor and marketing teams.
We welcome candidates from many backgrounds — events, conservation, hospitality, arts, outdoor learning or something unexpected.
