New seasonal menu in the Wilding Kitchen launching April 14th

Volunteering

Volunteers play a vital role in the work we do at Knepp.

They work with us on our White Stork Project, feeding storks in our pen, maintaining the fence and monitoring our free-flying nesting storks. Volunteers help maintain and monitor our beaver pen, assist visitors, monitor the condition of footpaths, gates and signage, engage in activities for children, help out in our Market Garden and rewilded Walled Garden and with conservation work in the rewilding project.

We are deeply indebted to every one of you!

We are not currently recruiting volunteers.

Our 12+ Policy

Knepp Wildland Safaris, our gardens and campsite are all about the quiet and patient observation of nature.

Some of the species we are likely to encounter are shy or can be frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Our campsite with open-air fire-pits, wood-burning stoves and an on-site pond is unsuitable for small children.

For this reason, our safaris, garden visits, holiday cottages and campsite are suitable only for children of 12 and over.
