Knepp Wilding Kitchen- Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a bubbly and friendly individual that has a passion for great food, drinks and even better service, ensuring our guests always feel welcome and comfortable. This individual will ideally have previous experience in running their own section and have great communication skills with front and back of house team members, showing exceptional leadership skills.

Knepp Estate – Property Lettings Manager 2026

We have an exciting opportunity for a new, Arla (or similar) qualified and experienced professional to join our team and manage our diverse property portfolio.
We envisage this to be a part time role of about 30 hours per week. It is mainly office based but has regular opportunities to visit properties and liaise with tenants.

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Operations Manager with a passion for exceptional service, high-quality produce, and regenerative, sustainable practices to join the Knepp Wilding Kitchen & Shop team.

In this role, you will oversee the smooth, efficient running of our restaurant, courtyard café, and retail shop—spaces that celebrate nature, wilding, and food with purpose. You’ll support and lead our front- and back-of-house teams, ensure outstanding guest experiences, champion sustainable systems, and help drive the continued growth of our unique hospitality and retail offering.

Head Grower

We’re looking for an experienced grower to help lead on all aspects of the site operations. Our site is on heavy clay soil, which brings its own set of challenges, so familiarity with this soil type and a progressive approach to soil management is highly desirable.

Our 12+ Policy

Knepp Wildland Safaris, our gardens and campsite are all about the quiet and patient observation of nature.

Some of the species we are likely to encounter are shy or can be frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Our campsite with open-air fire-pits, wood-burning stoves and an on-site pond is unsuitable for small children.

For this reason, our safaris, garden visits, holiday cottages and campsite are suitable only for children of 12 and over.
