Wild Range Meat FAQ
Yes, our minimum order value is currently £50. We’re pleased to offer complimentary delivery on orders over £100.
Once an order has been placed, amendments are not possible. Orders can be cancelled unless they have already been processed or dispatched.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us promptly at wildrange@knepp.co.uk. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is collected by our courier.
We are occasionally able to accept special requests and create bespoke cuts, please get in touch via wildrange@knepp.co.uk.
You can add sold-out items to your wish list and be notified as soon as they’re back in stock. Please note our seasonal availability:
Beef: Available from mid-September until cuts begin to sell out.
Venison: Available during the normal season. Culled from August to April, so stocks will vary throughout the season.
Pork: Available between January and February each year, with volumes subject to change.
Yes, as long as it’s still cold to the touch, you can safely refreeze your order.
We no longer offer offer click and collect, however the Wilding Kitchen and Shop stock a large selection oft meat, available for purchase between 09:00 – 17:00 every day.

We currently only ship within the UK.
Bank holidays
During the Christmas period, orders will be dispatched four days a week. Please note that specific dates may vary.
