Colette Holloway

Campsite Shop & Reception

Colette absolutely loves nature, birds and being outdoors. She’ll be ready to greet you in the campsite reception, but you may also see her in the Wilding Shop and out in the Rewilding Project volunteering for the White Stork Project. Our stork volunteers help with monitoring nests and stork behaviour, feeding the non-flying (pen) storks, checking and maintaining the fence around the pen/enclosure and public engagement and education.

This is an amazing opportunity to help and work at my favourite campsite, with a great team. I love talking to and helping our wonderful guests.

Our 12+ Policy

Knepp Wildland Safaris, our gardens and campsite are all about the quiet and patient observation of nature.

Some of the species we are likely to encounter are shy or can be frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Our campsite with open-air fire-pits, wood-burning stoves and an on-site pond is unsuitable for small children.

For this reason, our safaris, garden visits, holiday cottages and campsite are suitable only for children of 12 and over.
