Damien has spent his life working in the festival, live music and events industries; rigging lighting, setting up stages and even spot lighting big acts. He’s also spent a lot of time performing as a DJ.
Becoming a campsite warden at Knepp has been a dramatic change of pace and environment that he absolutely loves. It’s still a graft in the great outdoors but surrounded by the peace and tranquility of Knepp estate.
One of my favourite things about Knepp is going out into the campsite at night and hearing the chink of glasses and seeing the twinkle of campfires, knowing all our guests are cozy and happily chatting away.
