rewilding larger scale workshop Pre-visit information
Time: 9.30am – 3.30pm
What’s provided: Tea, coffee & biscuits on arrival, and a posh ploughman’s lunch in the Granary. Please let us know of any allergies and if you’re vegetarian/vegan in advance and we’ll do our best to cater for you.
What to bring: Binoculars, camera, notebook. If it’s hot – bring water, sun hat, sun cream and sunglasses. Walking/shooting stick if required. No dogs please.
What to wear: We’ll be heading out on foot and stopping at sites of interests in the rewilded areas. So please be prepared for the British weather! The ground is uneven so wear sturdy walking boots or wellies if it’s been at all wet. You may want to wear long trousers to protect your legs from nettles, thistles and brambles.
Where to meet: The Granary, Knepp Safaris, New Barn Farm, Swallows Lane, Dial Post, West Sussex, RH13 8NN. Down a long track, which is accessed via Swallows Lane, just next to the village of Dial Post.
