2 x beef fillet steak (minimum weight 210g)

1 x hand diced beef (minimum weight 450g)

1 x beef mince (minimum weight 450g)

1 x beef sausages (6 sausages per pack, minimum weight 350g)

Ingredients: Organically reared beef 96%, gluten-free buckwheat flour, organic thyme, sea salt, organic black pepper.

1 x fallow venison rack (minimum weight 360g)

1 x beef bacon (approx 200g)

Ingredients – Organically reared, pasture-fed beef, sodium nitrite, organic rapadura (unrefined cane sugar), organic thyme.
