Burns Night Celebration

This Burns Night, The MICHELIN Guide listed Knepp Wilding Kitchen is delighted to partner with the trailblazing Nc’nean Distillery for an evening celebrating the life and words of Robert Burns. The night will unfold over a guided whisky tasting and a beautifully considered three-course supper.

Nc’nean, Scotland’s first fully organic whisky distillery, creates elegant, sustainably made spirits that gently challenge tradition. Their nature-led approach sits perfectly alongside Knepp’s own ethos of rewilding, regenerative farming and letting nature lead.

Together, we are creating a memorable Burns Night feast where vibrant, seasonal dishes from Knepp meet the contemporary character of Nc’nean whisky. Expect a fresh and thoughtful take on the classic Scottish supper, using produce from Knepp’s Market Garden and venison from the Rewilding Project. The evening will be accompanied by the sound of a piper, followed by the much-loved Address to the Haggis.
